Our office opening hours in Newcastle are 8.30am - 5pm weekdays. After hours' operators are on call from 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm Monday to Friday and all weekend. Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm. There is also a 24-hour emergency nursing service.
